Who is behind Mnemox?
Mnemox AI is a Taipei-based studio specializing in AI trading infrastructure. Our founder has built and shipped multiple open-source tools used globally, and runs his own multi-strategy trading system on the same technology we deliver to clients.
Do I own the source code?
Yes. All custom-built code is yours. We deliver full source code, documentation, and deployment guides. Our open-source components (TradeMemory Protocol) remain MIT-licensed — you can use, modify, and distribute them freely.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Every project includes a 30-day support window after deployment. For War Room clients, ongoing monthly retainer covers continuous monitoring, optimization, and priority support. We also provide runbooks for common operational scenarios.
Can you sign an NDA?
Absolutely. We routinely work under NDA. Your trading strategies, system architecture, and business details are kept strictly confidential.
What platforms do you support?
MetaTrader 5 (XAUUSD, Forex), Binance (crypto), and Interactive Brokers (stocks, futures). We can integrate with any platform that offers an API — including custom in-house systems.
